State symbols are symbols of special significance that have become the most vivid images of the continuity between the past, the present and the future of the country, personifying the spirit, national traditions, heroism and wisdom of our people, hope and wishes for the future.

On September 19, 2018, the Association of Non-Governmental Organizations of Aktobe region, together with the Department of Internal Policy of Aktobe, with the support of the Aktobe Branch of JSC “NCPD” Orleu, organized a regional seminar on the theme "Ұлт байлығы, ел беделі - мемкеткетік рәміздер".

The seminar was actively participated by: the cultural figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the member of the Commission on State Symbols E. Zh.Kurmanbek, the head of the internal policy department of Aktobe city E.O. Nurgaliyev, the Academic staff of the Institute for professional development of teachers, representatives of non-governmental organizations and teachers of the region . The moderator of the seminar was Dusenova A.E. - President of the Association of non-governmental organizations of the Aktobe region.

On an action results of implementation of the "A set of measures for the dissemination of state symbols of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan "" project have sounded, and the teachers of the region who have presented creative works on a competition – the essay, have been awarded with valuable presents and letters of thanks

1.Kazbekova A.A. - the teacher of mathematics of the secondary school No.4 of the city of Kandyagash;

2. Bazhyt M. - teacher of computer science of Shubarshinsky school of the Temir district;

3.Tanirbergen N. - teacher of F.Ongarsynova gymnasium typed school No.41 ;

4.Rakhanova K.A. - teacher of mathematics at the Tokmansay school of the Alga district;

5. Kustavletova M.S. - Informatics teacher of the Khazretovskaya secondary school of the Martuk district;

6. Beketova N.U. - teacher of physics of the Aktustai school of the Aitekebi region.

On an emotionally-patriotic note the seminar was completed with the performance of the song "Atameken".
