Short history of branch

1948 – By the decision of executive committee of Karaganda regional soviet of working people’s deputies №416 from 06.08.1948 reorganized regional methodical office to regional institute for teacher’s improvement.

1993 – By the decision of Akim of Karagandy region №177 from 28.09.1993 and in accordance with the agreement of founders was reorganized to institute for professional development of education staff.

2000 – By the decision of Akim of Karaganda region 29.12.2000 Institute for professional development of education staff was renamed as Institute for professional development and retraining of civil servers and education staff under the Akim of region.

2011 – By the Resolution of Akimat of Karaganda region №21/01 from 08.06.2011 State Public Utility Enterprise “Karaganda regional institute for professional development and retraining of civil servers and education staff under Akim of Karaganda region” was renamed to State Public Utility Enterprise “Karaganda regional institute for professional development and retraining of education staff of Karagandy region Akimat, then to Republican State Budget Enterprise “Karaganda regional institute for professional development and retraining of education staff” of Karaganda region Akimat.

Establishment of branch:

According to certificate on accounting registration of branch from 01.10.2012 was established Joint Stock Company “National Center for professional development “Orleu” Institute for professional development of pedagogic staff of Karaganda region. .

Branch of JSC “NCPD “Orleu” IPD PS consists of 5 faculties and 9 departments.

Qualitative content of academic and teaching staff is 58 teachers, number of teachers with an academic degree (Doctors of sciences, Candidates of sciences) – 8, number of teachers with an academic degree (master’s) – 2.

Faculty of Management and Quality of Education provides scientific, and teaching and methodology support of professional competence development of leaders in a field of management of priority tasks realization of education modernization, set by President N.A.Nazarbayev in a Letter to People of Kazakhstan “Strategy “Kazakhstan – 2050:New political course of established country”. Employers of faculty are research advisors of regional projects “Multilingualism”, “Resource center”, “Е-learning”.

Faculty of Innovational Technologies and Teaching Methodology of natural and humanities disciplines provides professional development of teachers of new formation in organization of developing space, forming functional literacy of young people.

Teachers competently manage the implementation of regional educational projects “Critical thinking through reading and writing”, “Education for sustainable development”, “Educational Technology park”, “Modern multilingual education”.

Faculty of preschool and primary education provides a professional development of teachers of preschool organizations and teachers of primary education schools in view of state order and society needs.

Teachers create conditions for the process design of innovational technologies introduction, adequate methodologies of competence education.

Faculty of Psychological and Pedagogical Support improves professional competence of pedagogic staff in issues of psychological provision of adaptation and introduction of modern educational technologies. Teachers learn values, technologies, tools of psycho-pedagogic support of learners in mode of tutoring.

Faculty of Education and Personalization Socialization implements programs of professionalism improvement of teachers in forming of harmonically developed, creative and highly moral person, honest true to its country, with a high culture and civil responsibility. Conditions for learning of modern education methodics were created, providing development of essential skills of students.

Departments:

Department of economics and finance, governance of administrative work, academic department, department of monitoring and analysis, department for public relations and publishing activity, department of innovational development, department of informational technologies, library and department of technical staff.

The institute has a library, a book fund of which has 9 thousand copies. All of them is in an electronic catalogue of library. New equipment of informational support of transition for 12 year education and computer database gives an opportunity to develop teaching and methodology complexes for distance learning of course participants in remote areas of our region, develop lection material, trainings.

A number of learners, attended the course for last three years is 18 765 teachers (leaders, teachers, employees of all types of education organizations) from all cities and districts of region.
