History of the Institute
In order to improve training, organization of professional development, improving professional skills of teachers in the region in the 1938-1939 at the regional education department was created Methodical study, the first work plan which was approved February 2, 1939 by the head of the regional department of education A.Abdullaev.
According to the decree of the Council of People's Commissars of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republics number 200 of February 15, 1944 and the order of the Commissioner of Public Education of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic on October 27, 1944 decision of the Executive Committee of the Regional Council of Workers' Deputies, Kyzylorda, № 540 of November 22, 1944 was established the Regional Institute of Postgraduate teachers.
By decision of the Akim of Kyzylorda region № 1 dated January 24, 2007 it was reorganized at the Regional Institute of Professional Development and Retraining of Education (state municipal enterprise on the right of direct control). The Institute operates under the Charter, approved by the Kyzylorda Regional Akim Office 24.01.2007.
Annually in institute over three thousand students trained from all areas of the field: the heads of secondary schools, pre-school and after-school educational organizations, subject teachers. According to the letter of the Department of pre-school, based on the Institute began a course for secondary school teachers of three base-level program designed AEO "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools" in cooperation with the University of Cambridge. In Kyzylorda region in 2012 was planned training 450 students: the first phase - 163, on the second - 287.
In accordance with the development of education in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020 in Kyzylorda region 30 educational organizations will be implemented in the electronic system «e-Learning». Among them are 2 colleges, 3 vocational schools and 25 secondary schools. On this project in 2011, 338 employees have been trained, in 2012 - 467 employees of educational institutions.
The qualitative composition of the teaching staff.

In the teaching staff - 35 teachers, of which - 2 Doctors of Science, 5 candidates, the total number of the teaching staff of 35 people (including the heads of departments, the management of the Institute) share of teachers with advanced degrees and titles - seven people, 20% of the total.
In 2012, the training courses are organized in the following areas:
1) Short-term courses (36, 72 hours) - trained 3328 students;
2) 3-month course - this year, based on the program of the Institute of Cambridge University who studied 450 participants were 444 holders of certificates;
3) according to the program of e-Learning trained 418 participants from 33 organizations Education (2 colleges, 3 vocational schools, 28 schools).
About new technologies.
Center of educational technology of V.Monahov opened in November 2003 in Togliatti (Russian Federation).
In the period 2006-2009 Kyzylorda began an experiment on introduction of educational technology into the learning process by V.Monahov in schools № 3, 6, 23, 112, 233. During this time the author of technology academician V.Monahov jointly with the Director of Center of V.Monahov E.Bahusova repeatedly came in experimental schools to provide practical assistance to teachers, participated in 3 international conferences.
Since 2008, under the guidance of Head of the Department of the branch JSC NCPD «Өрлеу» RIPKSO Zh.Kobdikovoy in Kyzylorda region are working to introduce the learning process of educational technology Zh.Karaeva "Three-dimensional methodical system of education."
