On January 14, 2022, the senior teacher of the Department “Preschool and primary education” of the branch “Orleu” in the Turkestan region and Shymkent city N.Azberdiyeva conducted a coaching session on the topic “Difficulties in creating tasks for improving functional literacy in planning and ways of their decision” at “Sharbulak” Secondary School of the Kazygurt district of the Turkestan region for the purpose of post-course support for teachers. The task of the coach is to promote the improvement of competencies in the preparation of tasks for the development of mathematical and reading literacy in the formation of functional literacy of younger learners.
During the event, teachers developed various tasks for a specific educational goal in Mathematics and literary reading to form the functional literacy of learners, identified the difficulties they encountered in completing tasks, jointly discussed and noted the effective aspects of compiling tasks.
Teachers expressed their gratitude for the methodological assistance in improving professional skills.
