The branch of JSC “National Center for Advanced Training “Orleu” Institute of Professional Development in Kostanay Region” according to the plan of the International methodological center “Academy of Pedagogical Excellence: Skills of the XXIst Century” starts a series of targeted master classes of teachers-winners of the international competition “Mentor + Beginning Teacher = Team” “TEAM IS POWER.”
The goal of the event is to give teachers an opportunity to demonstrate and develop their professional skills, to talk to colleagues about the experience of interaction between a mentor and a mentee, to increase the prestige of the teacher’s job, and to strengthen mentoring as a system.
The winners and prize-winners of the competition from the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation will show master classes.
The master classes are planned both face-to- face and online formats.
On April 21, 2022, the master class “Ecosystem Approach as the Main Vector for Modern Education” will be delivered by the teachers from the comprehensive school No.12 in Zhitikarinsky district Yakimchuk Elena Anatolyevna and Nikishkina Veronika Alexandrovna.
