Alma Murzalinova, Director of the Orleu Branch for North Kazakhstan Region, took part in the TV program of the Qyzyljar TV channel “From the first mouth”.
Being a member of the research group of the Kozybayev University project “Development of Skills and Teachers Training for Leadership”, implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, Alma Murzalinova told about a recent internship in Spain, at the University of Santiago de Compostela.
Together with Aigul Nurpeisova, she presented her vision of the development of educational leadership in the context of the implementation of the National Project “Quality Education “Educated Nation”.
The product of participation in the study will be the educational program of the course for students and teachers “Leadership in a New School”, which was started by Alma Murzalinova.
The relevance of training in such a course is emphasized by the position of researchers Fadil Chitaku and Hetem Ramadani: “Leadership is a complex multifaceted phenomenon that is widely observed, but poorly understood.”
