A seminar on the topic was organized on the online platform “Aktobe -Orleu” by coach Khodzhaniyazova Zh.T. : “Organizational and pedagogical support for the activities of masters of industrial training, teachers of special disciplines of VET”.
The purpose of the seminar: To determine the set of organizational and pedagogical conditions that ensure the preparation of a college teacher for research activities as a means of improving pedagogical skills.
In the course of the work, the essence of the teacher training process of methodical activity was revealed, the conditions of its influence on improving the pedagogical skills of teachers and masters of vocational training
were revealed, methodological assistance was provided in solving professional problems of a teacher in their practical activities and
the formation of the ability to build logically material
In the practical part of the seminar, the seminar participants got acquainted with the systematization of the content and organization of the study of the discipline, taking into account the achievements of science, technology and production, effectively planned and organized independent educational work.
The seminar achieved its goals, the participants expressed gratitude to the coach for the constructive dialogue.
