The branch of JSC “National Center for Advanced Training “Orleu” IPD in Kostanay region”, continuing the series of public speeches on the “hot” issues of education development, this time invited Arailym Alimbayevna Abdrakhova, senior methodologist, head of the department for monitoring work with teachers in the regional Education department.
Arailym Alimbayevna answered numerous questions from the course learners: primary school teachers and small schools’ teachers of the region. The learners were interested in new issues prescribed in the “Procedure for teachers’ being attested”. At the end of 2021, many changes were added into the previous certification rules, which made teachers from rural areas misunderstand some points of the procedure.
The round table participants received competent information both on innovations and many other topics of education that concerns teachers. It was an effective conversation of specialists interested in the development of the professional level of teachers in the region.
When asked about the need to hold public lectures in the branch of JSC “National Center for Advanced Training “Orleu” IPD in Kostanay region”, the director Marionella Vasilievna Slesar answered: “The idea of public meetings with the specialists from state bodies in the field of education arose based on the requests of learners of the advanced training courses at our institute. We have met their interests and now we are inviting to the round tables those specialists who can competently answer all the questions of our learners about different topics. The range of interests of our teachers is wide, and we try to satisfy them. Such events have a positive effect, since learners of the courses do not spend time walking around educational institutions in catching answers to their questions. We meet all their interests and requests by having public lectures directly at the “Orleu” branch.
