Since 2018, since the opening of the museum “Big Altai” of D. Serikbayev EKTU, the branch of the National Center “Orleu” has been its reliable partner. Hundreds of cadets visited the museum’s expositions, and then brought their students here to do research and project work on its basis. Unfortunately, the pandemic and quarantine forced us to pause, but as soon as it became possible, the East Kazakhstan Teacher’s House continued fruitful cooperation. On March 9, 2022, a group of cadets of historians of East Kazakhstan Region held a practical lesson in the halls of the museum dedicated to the organization of research work with the help of museum exhibits. The cadets worked with models, rare artifacts, and got acquainted with digital interactive museum technologies. This year, the IPK team plans to develop a large educational and methodological complex for teachers “Metallurgy of the ancient Altai” together with the museum “Bolshoy Altai”. The joint work continues.
